Eamonn is a Researcher within the Heavy-duty Vehicles program, specialising in CO2 standards and emissions modelling. Eamonn holds a Ph.D. in transportation energy modelling from University College Cork (Ireland). Prior to joining the ICCT he worked with the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, the International Energy Agency, and UC Davis under a Fulbright scholarship as part of his Ph.D. program.
